The Top Appliance Service Notifications program sends transactional text messages about your service, including appointment confirmations, technician “on the way” alerts, scheduling updates, service completion notices, and billing or follow-up messages related to your job.

You opt in by providing your phone number when you book a repair or service with us — by phone, in person, or through our website — and agreeing to receive service text updates.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity (for example, one or more messages per scheduled appointment).

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again.
